Narali Appe, also known as Appam or Appe, is a delicious South-West Indian breakfast made using fermented batter. This healthier version combines urad dal with coconut and fresh herbs to create soft, flavorful appe that are rich in protein and fiber. Ingredients

1 tbsp chopped curry leaves
½ cup chopped onion
Salt to taste
Method
Grind the urad dal, fenugreek, and ginger into a smooth batter.
Add green chillies, coriander, coconut, curry leaves, onion, and salt.
Mix everything well.
Heat an appe pan and lightly grease each cavity.
Pour one spoonful of batter into each mould.
Add a drop of oil.
Cover and cook over low heat.
Flip once golden and cook the other side.
Serve hot.
